Merchandise Returns
Policy:

Research Inc. is proud to stand by the superior quality of our products. In the
event that one of our items is found to be defective or you want to return a
product for any reason the following policy is in effect:
No returns accepted without prior consent from Radio Research, Inc.
Notifications of shipping errors, shortages, freight damage, etc., must be sent
to Radio Research Inc. within 14 days after the delivery date or the
shipment will be deemed correct and received in good condition.
We warrant all products against manufacturer's defects as long as the product
is still under warranty. We will replace/repair the defective product and ship
it back via ground at no additional cost to our customer. Physical,
water damage or broken merchandise is not warrantable and if returned,
will be discarded. Visible physical damage invalidated warranty. Incomplete
product kits will not be accepted for replacement. Items returned for credit must be in original packaging and in condition
for resale. In order to receive a credit, the product must be returned within
thirty (30) days of the original purchase and a 25% restocking fee will be
applied. No credits will be issued after thirty days.
